GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT AT SHANGRI LA

 

In order to enjoy a relaxing holiday and be respectful to others, it is important that the outlined rules and regulations be respected and followed:

• Guests and Family Members must be registered with the Administration Office for their length of stay. Owner is to present Occupancy Certificate prior to arrival of Guests or Family Members in person or by email: admishangrila@gmail.com or fax: + 52 (322) 209 1156.

• Guests are not allowed to have additional guests than the ones already registered, unless the owner or the property manager registers the additional visitors and only if they don't exceed the maximum capacity of people allowed per unit.

• No towels or clothes to be hung over railing or on towel racks on balcony.

• Noise level within the Shangri La premises should be taken into consideration at all times.

• Guests and visitors are not allowed to bring pets to the condominium.

• Parking stalls are for owners and their guest use only.

• Do not hold the elevator for excessive time.

• Trash is to be sealed in plastic bags and placed inside a covered trashcan at the service area to be picked up by Shangri La's cleaning staff. Please ask for the correct hours.

• Baggage and shopping carts are provided in service elevator area for your convenience, please return immediately after use.

• Administration Hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

• Administration Phone# is: + 52 (322) 209 0259.

• For emergencies, such as medical, fire, etc. Immediate, 24 hour call the security front gate and ask for assistance by using the internal phone pushing the O button and start talking.

• The gate to the beach should always be closed behind you.

• Entrance from the beach area to the Shangri La premise is reserved for owner's registered family and registered guests only.

• The maximum speed limit inside the condominium is 10 km/h.

• The use of the parking space at the garage is limited to the one marked with your unit. Vehicles may be towed from other unit's parking space.

• The flying and use of drones has been outlawed on Shangri La property and in its airspace.

 

POOL RULES ( Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.)

 

Security personnel are purposely located in the pool area to oversee the general safety and security of our homeowners and guests. You are obliged to respect their duty and follow their instructions regarding the use of the pool area. Failure to follow the rules, refusal to comply with their instructions or showing any disrespect to the security personnel could result in your loss of the right to use the pool. If for any reason you have disagreement with the performance of their work, please advise the administration office.

 

Safety Rules

1. No running on the pool deck.

2. No diving or jumping from the bridge or any other structure.

3. No glass containers are allowed in the pool or the pool area.

4. No throwing of any objects in the pool area, including footballs, soccer balls, Frisbees, etc.

5. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Jacuzzis.

6. All children using the pool must be supervised by their parents at all times.

7. Infants must wear swim diapers.

8. No food is allowed in the pool.

9. Drinks are allowed in the pool if contained in a plastic container or cans.

10. No lounge chairs are allowed in the pool.

11. No floating devises are allowed unless constructed of soft material. Boogie boards are not allowed.

12. No mechanical or wheeled sports equipment will be allowed. This includes, skateboards, inline skates, roller skates, scooters, bicycles, tricycles, etc.

 

Conduct Rules

1. Personal trash accumulated in the pool area should be placed in the trash containers provided.

2. No smoking in the pool area except in designated locations.

3. No playing music in the pool area unless you use ear phones.

4. Disruptive behavior that interferes with the peace and quiet of others in the pool area is not allowed.

5. All pool users must use the authorized towels.

6. Restrooms are conveniently located in the pool area for your convenience.

7. Swimmers coming from the beach must remove all sand before entering the pool.

8. The reserving of pool or beach lounges is prohibited unless you are present. You may hold three other contiguous lounges for friends or family for no more than 30 minutes. If you leave towels or personal effects to reserve a palapa or lounge without being in the pool, they will be removed by security and held until you are ready to use whatever lounge or palapa is available at that time.

GYM RULES

 

1. Use the Hand Sanitizer BEFORE touching any equipment.

2. Proper Gym attire is mandatory including closed toe, soft sole shoes. No sandals and no bare chests allowed.

3. Shoes must be clean of sand, grass or other debris.

4. A sweat towel is recommended for personal hygiene purposes.

5. Weights must be returned to original storage position after use.

6. After workout, wipe sweat from equipment with paper towel using hand sanitizer.

7. Minors under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the gym.

8. Please turn off all the lights when there is proper daylight.

9. Doors should be closed when the AC is turned on.

10. AC should not be set lower than 22 degrees C.

11. During heavy traffic periods, a 30-minute maximum use applies to all cardiovascular equipment such as: stationary bicycles, elliptical cross trainers and treadmills.

12. Only the use of earphones is allowed.

13. Last person to please shut off all fans and lights.

14. No food permitted in the Gym.

15. Water is provided.

16. Not pets permitted any time.

17. The use of the Gym is at your own risk. Shangri-la does not take responsibility for injury or harm of any kind while in the Gym.

18. Daily Gym Hours are: 6:00 am-2:00 pm and 3:00 pm-10:00 pm Gym will be locked during non-operational hours
